1- MDS Systems Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Responsible for all aspects of Umniah as a Service Provider (SP) for IP Systems Infrastructure, including Projects, Operations and Techincal Support. Which entails coordinating with other related teams to ensure the best Performance, improve Service SLA's and KPI's through developing new solutions and applying the right, latest technologies, in addition to insure E2E capacity planning alignment with set targets, and provide different level of elements, resources and features to match network growth and meet engineering targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Umniah's SP Systems services, resources, team, design, implementation projects and SLA.
- Develop, implement, support and strategically manage the Service Provider systems including but not limited to servers, operating systems, Storage area, data backup, DNS, Mail, Web Hosting, VOIP infrastructures, and management solution, security systems.
- Ensure Umniah's SP ICT Systems compliance to industry standards and internal standards and frameworks.
- Manage and Maintain SP Systems Hardware; Servers, Storages, Network in terms of upgrades, expansions, reactive support maintenance and proactive support maintenance.
- Validate Systems design, setup and configure to be compliant with business requirements, performance needs, security and business continuity requirements.
- Monitor Systems Performance and KPIs to make sure all systems are meeting SLAs; Servers, Storage, Network and Services.
- Technical Projects Management.
- Provide technical guidelines for operation.
- Security and Risk Management.
- Provide technical support for MDS customers within their area of responsibility.
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or any related field.
Work Experience: a minimum of 8 years in Systems Administration, with previous experience in managing a team.
Certificates:
- Mandatory: AWS, Microsoft Cloud and Platforms certification.
- Desirable: Cisco Certification CCNA, CCNP Voice, CCIE Voice,Linux, and VMWare Certificates
Knowledge of:
- Cloud Architecture, including Microsoft Azure, AWS.
- Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
- Operating Systems Implementation and Operation (Linux, And Microsoft)

Responsible for drawing out business strategy, identifying market segments, creating business plan, and leading business/corporate development activities including P&L ownership.
2. The Job entails exposure :
- Lead and manage the sales, marketing and account management team
- Prepare and own / lead the annual Business Development Plan of the company
- Define and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Design strategies for new services and products as well as analyze business needs and provide new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain and build customer relationship strategies.
- Work closely with Umniah team to ensure efficient and effective customer care, wallet registration at shops, issuing cards instantly at shops, all wallet services are available at shops (especially availability of cash)
- Conduct strategic account reviews as well as support, service, and manage account-related needs
- Deliver ongoing market analysis including market intelligence and competition assessment
- Identify customer needs and develop marketing tools for clients as well as design referral and lead generation networks
- Manage social media company deliverables and work with Umniah marketing team to deliver shared campaigns
- Work closely with product managers to ensure correct positioning strategies for product lines
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or any related fields. (Master's degree is a plus)
Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field (a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role) Certificates: Certificates in the Financial field such as CMA is a plus
Knowledge of:
- Excellent knowledge of financial services industry
- Excellent knowledge of mobile payment methods and ecosystem
- Significant dealings with Central Bank regulations
- A working knowledge of account management and support
- Excellent knowledge of financial statements and budgeting from commercial perspective
