Provide Engineering Technical Services for all of Joramco customers with a high standard of quality, performance, competitiveness & optimized cost of ownership.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, author & issue Engineering Orders (EOs), Service Engineering Information Bulletin (SEIB), Repair Work Instructions (RWI), Service Engineering Advisory (SEA), Airworthiness Directive Assessment (ADA), Tool Equivalency/Local Fabrication of tools/GSE, & respond to Technical Assistance Requests (TARs).
Conduct evaluations of Cabin Interiors Service Engineering work as part of the aircraft work packages for all of Joramco customers & different aircraft types.
Engage with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), STC Providers, Design Organization Approval holders (DOA) in order to resolve any technical discrepancies or deviations to the original design, repair or modification to the aircraft or equipment.
Issue the related paperwork to the various Authority publications (Airworthiness Directives) for audit reasons.
Active participation with the Production teams to ensure effective & timely implementation of Modifications/Upgrades & Repairs of customers’ aircraft& equipment.
Assist in the determination of parts interchangeability as required (in case this info is not clearly identified in the available documentation).
Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports as requested by the management.
Monitor the technical performance of sub-contracted facilities & make recommendations for changes if required.
Extend technical support to Joramco Warranty & Insurance teams to safeguard the company interests.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Preferably Aeronautical)
One year experience in a Cabin Interiors Service Engineering/Technical Services Role, OR a Related field
Proficiency in spoken & written English
Thorough knowledge of the latest technical developments & industry information related to Cabin Interiors.
Technical analysis & synthetization of the pertinent Engineering Technical Information.

Student Affairs Officer

Responsibilities:
Coordinates and administers student support to enrolled and prospective students, such as course registration, graduation processing, petitioning, withdrawals, program documentation, information sessions and student orientations.
Maintains student records on database, creates and provides reports. Provides contact point for enrolled and prospective student information.
Managing Social Media Platforms, assists in the development and production of program advertising, promotional flyers and related recruitment initiatives.
Implements student recruitment initiatives and participate in the inside/outside academy’s events such as exhibitions, school visits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration.
Two years of administrative and appropriate program experience.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Skill in the use of personal computers and related software.
Skill in written and verbal communication, Arabic and English.
Knowledge of organizational practices and time management skills
