Extensya is looking for Customer service representatives / Technical support agents to be hired immediately
Following are the requirements needed:
- Call Center/ Customer service experience is a must minimum of 6 months.
- English Language speakers ONLY.
- IT background (Technical ).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Educational degree Bachelor as a minimum.
- Full available for all shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night)
- Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail)
