Treasury Products Sales Unit Head

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervising and managing the roles of the Treasury Sales unit through achieving its sales and strategic objectives related to treasury products.

Introducing the treasury products to the bank’s Corporate and SME clients in order to facilitate their businesses with the bank.

Increasing the bank’s market share in order to achieve the necessary benefit and profitability for both the bank and clients.

Qualifications & Competencies:

7+ years related experience.

Excellent command of English.

Full knowledge in policies and procedures that govern the business.

Good knowledge in banking products.

Innovative marketing and sales skills.

Supervisory and management skills.

Creativity and innovation skills.

Ability to work in a team spirit.

Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to respond to economic and legislative changes.

Ability to write scientific reports.

Presentation skills.

Knowledge of the instructions and laws of the Central Bank.

Time management.
